Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy At Celebration Collection, we understand that plans can change. To provide the best service to all of our customers, we ask that you review our cancellation policy below. Standard Cancellations All cancellations must be made at least 72 hours (3 days) prior to the scheduled event date and time. Cancellations received less than 72 hours before the event may be subject to charges up to the full rental amount. Custom Orders Any items that have been specially ordered, customized, personalized, or created specifically for your event are non-refundable once production has begun. If a custom order has already been made or completed at the time of cancellation, the customer will be responsible for 100% of the custom order cost, regardless of when the cancellation occurs. Bounce House Weather Policy For the safety of our customers and the protection of our equipment, bounce houses cannot be set up or operated in rainy conditions. If rain occurs on the day of the event, bounce house rentals may be canceled by either the customer or Celebration Collection with no cancellation fee or charge. Final weather-related cancellation decisions may be made on the day of the event based on current conditions and safety considerations. Refunds Eligible refunds will be processed using the original method of payment. Any non-refundable custom order charges will be deducted from the refund amount.
